Remember, it is your responsibility to count and inspect all merchandise before using or washing to ensure it is the correct merchandise, quantity, and in good condition, as ordered. it’s all part of the shopping adventure, and you wouldn’t want any mismatched surprises or rogue garments getting the best of you. Without exception, The Logo Life will not assume responsibility after garments have been used or washed. Furthermore, we will not assume responsibility for any garments embroidered, imprinted or embellished in any fashion by another party.

Returns are accepted if returned with a valid RA# to the warehouse of origin within 30 Days of the ship date.

Close-outs and discontinued merchandise are final sales and may not be returned.

Unclaimed or refused shipments will not be eligible for any refund and will be charged additional freight charges. Cancellations of orders already in production will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. If these items have already been embroidered, imprinted, or embellished in any manner, the customer will be charged in full.

Any discount received as part of a quantity purchase will be forfeited if returned items bring the order quantity below the quantity for the discount.

Please allow 5-15 Business Days from receipt of returned merchandise for credit to be issued.
