Can my company cancel my agreement at any time?

Yes. Either party can terminate this agreement with a 90-day written notice. It’s important to note that terminating for any reason doesn’t absolve the Client from paying for inventory balances as outlined in the Inventory or Returns Sections.

Just to let you know, notices under this agreement must be sent in writing and directed to the addresses listed below or to any other designated contact as communicated in writing by either party.

What if my company does not meet the minimum spending level?

If your company does not meet the minimum spending level, a maintenance fee will be billed after each anniversary of the agreement. This fee varies based on the level of your store program. Just keep in mind that the agreement year starts four weeks after you sign, so it’s a good idea to monitor your spending throughout the year!

Is my company required to pay for inventory up front?

No! With hundreds of on-demand products available in every company store, you can enjoy the convenience of no inventory requirements! If you have special requests for specific items, we’re thrilled to help by sourcing, inventorying, listing online, and providing insurance. Just keep in mind that purchasing unique inventory is generally necessary.

Is any product inventory required within the store?

No. Products are made on demand, so no inventory is required. If you don’t see what you need, let us know, and we will be happy to locate it and add it to your store. 

Can I use my own freight account?

Absolutely! Your store can have multiple groups, and you’re free to use your own freight account for any or all of them. It’s all about flexibility and making things work for you!

What product lines do you offer on-demand?

Apparel and promotional merchandise are all available on-demand with no order minimums. If you don’t see what you want on our site, let us know, and we will source it for you!

Are their order minimums on individual product orders?

Great news! There are absolutely no order minimums on any of the products in your online store catalog. Order what you need, when you need it!

The only time there may be a minimum is for certain custom products we don’t usually carry in stock.

Can I limit the access of certain products?

Absolutely! You can set up groups within your store, each with its own rules for access, product selection, payment, and shipping. It’s like having multiple mini-stores that cater to different needs!
